From Coaching Champions to Empowering Futures: Meet Mr. Ndorobo

Ndorobo isn’t your typical non-profit leader. Their journey began with a passion for storytelling (diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism) and a dedication to education (Bachelors degree in political science). But a unique experience as a waiter in Finland sparked a lifelong love for building bridges across cultures.

Fueling this passion, Ndorobo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, understanding the power of building strong communities. They then leveraged their athletic background with a diploma in Athletics Coaching from Spain. This unique combination led them to work with American colleges and universities, creating opportunities for talented Kenyan student-athletes.

For the past eight years, Ndorobo has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education. Witnessing the dedication and potential of these young athletes ignited a desire to do even more. Now, at the helm of St. Elizabeth Mission, Ndorobo brings that same passion and strategic vision to empower the next generation of changemakers.
